Cancellation Policy
Being a valued customer, you may cancel your booking with us any time prior scheduled pick-up date by emailing us your request of cancellation on yepcabs@gmail.com. No other communication will be valid for cancellation of booking.
Please note that a cancellation charge may be levied as mentioned below:-
- 10% cancellation charge of the total tour cost will be deducted. The rest of the amount will be refunded only if :-
- The request is made before 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time and
- The request is made to us by email only.
- You will be liable to pay one full day vehicle charge if you cancel your booking in last 48 hours. YepCab reserves the rights to provide refund case to case basis.
- 20% of the total booking charge will be liable to you if you cancel your booking within 6 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
Refund Policy
- As per the cancellation policy, the refund will be processed. Please note that it can take 7 to 14 days from the date of cancellation request approval for the amount to get reflect into your bank account.
